Support

FieldFix is a field-service application for property maintenance companies. Each company works in its own separate workspace, and employees sign in with an account issued by their employer.

Getting an account

The application has no public sign-up. Accounts are created by your own company's manager inside the app, and you sign in with the e-mail and password issued to you.

An account is removed by that same manager, or on written request to the e-mail address above.

Common questions

I cannot sign in. Ask your company's manager to confirm your e-mail address and reset your password.
I see no work assigned to me. A technician sees only work assigned to them. Ask the dispatcher to assign it.
The interface is in the wrong language. Tap your profile and choose Estonian, Russian or English.
I worked without a network connection. The visit is stored on the phone and uploaded automatically once the connection returns.
